Use Cases are an essential and increasingly popular means of capturing functional requirements of software systems. Knowing about
the UML (Unified Modeling Language) Use Case Diagram does not make one an expert. It is far more then visualizing relationships on the UML Use Case diagram. It is at least as much textual description of
the Use Cases

The course and workshop discusses the key elements of use cases and a methodology that can be put to use right away during the workshop.
